Responsibilities

- Identify client needs by analyzing their insurance portfolios and recommending appropriate coverage options
- Manage new business development through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales activities
- Negotiate policy terms, coverage limits, and pricing to meet client needs while achieving sales goals
- Process sales administration tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and policy updates
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products and enhance client engagement strategies
- Provide ongoing customer service support by addressing inquiries, processing claims, and managing benefits administration as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Ability to analyze client data and insurance policies to recommend optimal solutions
- Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems for managing client information
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to confidentiality and data security in insurance practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach that fosters trust and loyalty
- Familiarity with marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Experience in benefits administration or benefits consulting is a plus
- Ability to handle telemarketing campaigns confidently while maintaining compliance with industry standards

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
