Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a background in construction / painting
Duties
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Provide the customer with information on how the painting process works
- Provide excellent customer service making sure they understand the process of painting a home
- Maintain phone etiquette when handling customer calls
- Have the skills to sale paint to a home owner and guide them through the process
- Follow and use a computer based system to provide the customer with the cost of painting
- Have the skills to sell sell sell.
Experience
Required:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, construction, painting
- Previous painting experience would be great
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in the construction and painting fields
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on retail sales
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Proficiency and experience in upselling are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
