Established lawn maintenance company servicing 90+ residential and commercial properties throughout Lafayette, Youngsville, and Carencro is looking to add a dependable full-time Lawn Care Technician to our crew.
We are looking for someone who wants steady work, takes pride in what they do, and is interested in growing with the company long term. Opportunity to grow into a Crew Lead position and drive a company truck once trained.
Our routes are well organized with many properties located in the same neighborhoods, allowing for efficient workdays and consistent weekly schedules.
Responsibilities
- Lawn maintenance for residential and commercial properties
- Operate commercial lawn equipment including zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and blowers
- Work efficiently with the crew to complete daily routes
- Maintain clean, professional-looking properties
- Help maintain and care for equipment and trailers
- Follow safety and quality standards on all jobs
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work full-time Monday–Friday
- Previous lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Experience operating commercial lawn equipment or similar equipment is a plus
- Comfortable working at a fast pace and as part of a team
