Overview
Looking for an bright, organized, and socially confident individual to manage our front desk, book appointments, clean the common areas, stock supplies, and assist our guests. You will be working alongside groomers, clients, dogs, and sometimes cats. You must be able to organized your tasks and fulfill your duties in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Arrive on-time to work each day. Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Help with opening and closing the store.
- Gain proficiency with the MoeGo software.
- Greet clients cheerfully, always maintaining an upbeat attitude.
- Answer phone calls, answer questions, and book appointments according to company standards.
- Assist with cleaning the facilities, especially common areas.
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory.
- Be ready to assist the Owner with other tasks around the facilities, when needed.
- Be knowledgeable about our services and retail products and enthusiastic about helping each guest and their pets.
- Communicate with your team members and contribute positively to our team's culture.
Skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Not allergic to animals or cleaning products.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in office management or as a front desk personnel is a plus.
- Ability to be productive and complete tasks without requiring constant supervision.
- Ability to stay focused in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to bring order to a busy, chaotic lobby.
- Strong understanding of common retail practices.
- Willingness to clean often, including wet fur, pet dander, pet urine, and pet feces.
Shift Schedule (may vary)
- 3-day weekend every-other week.
- Shifts are 7:45am - 6:15pm with a 30-min lunch.
- Shifts are 3-4 days per week.
