We're looking to add a Toolmaker to our team to our first shift! Our position requires the following job duties:
- Build inserts and tools for micro injection molding parts, must be able to work with very tight tolerances.
- Work with engineering and CNC personnel to complete a high-quality product.
- Repair molds, fixtures, and tools as needed.
- Setup and operate the toolroom equipment needed to build, repair, revise and service molds, fixtures and related tools.
- Ensure the maintenance of molds, fixtures, and related tools by cleaning, polishing, and reassembling for set production runs.
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years of experience in the Mold making industry, understanding mold design or equal experience within a Toolroom setting
- Must be able to work to a high degree of accuracy and work with tolerances of +/- .0001
- Microscope use required
- Must have attention to detail
