Data Entry Specialist
Job Summary: Kyle & Kyle Law is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to collect public records information from Clerk of Courts websites in Orlando and surrounding Florida counties. This role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to work independently while meeting daily deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Access Clerk of Courts websites for Orlando and surrounding counties to retrieve required public records data.
- Accurately enter information into designated spreadsheets.
- Review data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Email completed spreadsheets daily.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information handled.
Schedule & Workload
- Estimated workload: 2–4 hours per day (currently averaging approximately 3.5–4 hours daily).
- Spreadsheets must be completed daily.
- Tuesdays and Fridays: All assigned work must be completed and emailed no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: Work must be completed and submitted daily with consistency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable navigating multiple county Clerk of Courts websites.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet daily deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Must have access to a reliable laptop with internet access and Microsoft Excel.
Employment Classification
Immediate start available.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
