Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, and surface sanitation in residential settings.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled jobs within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, including floor cleaning, dusting, and surface sanitation.
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management to prioritize multiple jobs.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
- Prior experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is advantageous.
