We are seeking an Experienced Floral Designer to join our team. We specialize in modern classy arrangements using seasonal flowers. We are currently transitioning away from wire services to all custom arrangements
Responsibilities:
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Process cash transactions and handle cash register operations
- Stock and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Design and assemble bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral displays
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous professional experience as a Floral Designer including funeral and event work is required
- Strong artistic and creative skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Positive attitude is a must!
-Must be able to lift 30 lbs and navigate stairs/ladders
-Being reliable is imperative
