7:30am start time
A Road Crew Member works in our customer’s homes or businesses to inventory, pack out and return customers household items ranging from small items and clothing to electronics, large household appliances and furniture, that have been affected due to fire, water, or wind damage. A Road Crew Member is energetic and thoughtful individual who enjoys working with their hands and helping others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following:
· Ability to effectively communicate with all homeowners, adjusters and project managers
· Inventory, pack out and return textiles, electronic and content items to customers per CRDN guidelines
· Working directly with insurance adjusters and contractors on-site
· Cleaning and testing electronics (will train)
· Take down and re-hang window treatments
· Coordinates arriving at pick up with project managers
· Assumes responsibility for all components of the job
· Immediately informs management of any problems and when follow-up is needed with the adjuster, contractor or homeowner
· Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
· A valid Ohio drivers license and a clean driving record is preferred
· Must be able to pass a background check
· The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
· Must be 18 years of age
· Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
