Phantom Fireworks is the industry leader in retail sales of consumer fireworks. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Management team. No prior fireworks experience is required—comprehensive training is provided. This is a full-time, year-round position.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Showroom Manager in all aspects of store operations

Maintain a safe, clean, and fully stocked store environment

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees

Ensure compliance with company policies and document/report issues

Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution

Manage cash handling, daily balancing, deposits, and financial reporting

Complete weekly reconciliations (banking, payroll, expenses, petty cash)

Maintain proficiency in POS, inventory, and ordering systems

Oversee store security, including equipment checks and monitoring potential risks

Assist with local advertising, signage, and community engagement efforts

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching

Attend required trainings, meetings, and annual conferences (travel required)

Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills

Experience with cash handling and basic financial reporting

Proficiency with POS and inventory systems

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively

Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours

Willingness to travel for training and conferences
