Rally, Inc. is a Houston-based medical supply distributor serving physician offices, medical practices, surgery centers, and healthcare facilities throughout Texas.
We are looking for a reliable, professional Delivery Driver to join our team and deliver medical supplies to customers throughout Houston and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company cargo van to deliver medical supplies to customers.
- Deliver orders throughout Houston and surrounding areas.
- Load and organize packages in the vehicle to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.
- Verify orders and delivery paperwork before leaving the warehouse.
- Ensure the correct products and quantities are delivered to each customer.
- Obtain delivery signatures when required.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at every stop.
- Communicate with the warehouse and customer service team regarding delivery issues, delays, or missing items.
- Return signed delivery documents and any required paperwork to the warehouse.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle.
- Perform basic vehicle safety checks and report any vehicle issues.
- Follow all company procedures for handling and transporting medical supplies.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including pulling, packing, receiving, and organizing orders when not making deliveries.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Rally, Inc. positively when interacting with customers.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, or route-driving experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate a cargo van.
- Good knowledge of Houston and surrounding areas.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use a smartphone for navigation and delivery-related communication.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Dependable and punctual.
Medical supply, pharmaceutical, healthcare, courier, or warehouse experience is a plus.

Our drivers are often the face of Rally when they arrive at a doctor's office, medical practice, or healthcare facility. The right candidate understands that being on time, delivering the correct order, and treating customers professionally are all important.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to repeatedly load and unload the cargo van.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly during delivery routes.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Primarily daytime delivery routes. Some flexibility may be required depending on daily delivery volume and customer needs.
No overnight routes.
