The Manorcrest Preparatory School is a new premier early childhood school opening in Mableton, Georgia. We are seeking passionate, nurturing, and highly qualified educators to join our founding team.

We are currently hiring Lead Teachers for Private Pre-k classrooms.
As a member of our teaching team, you will:
- Create a warm, nurturing classroom environment.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Build strong relationships with children and families.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom.
- Observe and document children's developmental progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership.
- Follow Georgia DECAL licensing requirements and school policies.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- 1-5+ years of experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or Pre-K children.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Associate's(preferred).
- Knowledge of Georgia Bright from the Start/DECAL regulations.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to pass all required background checks.
