Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Pawnbroker located in Ocala, FL. The Pawnbroker will be responsible for handling customer transactions, including buying, pawning, selling, and trading items. Daily tasks include evaluating items for value, maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper pricing, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving any issues, and maintaining the presentation of the store. The Pawnbroker will also utilize computer systems to manage inventory and maintain transaction records.

Qualifications
- Pawnbroker experience preferred.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience for serving diverse customers effectively.
- Excellent Communication abilities for clear and professional interaction with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy for managing inventory, processing transactions, and operating store systems.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
