Spartan Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned, clinic in Royal Oak, MI. We opened in November 2021 and have been growing quickly.
We are proud of offer a fresh newly remodeled clinic with state of the art equipment from Idexx. No expense has been spared to provide our staff with everything they need for a successful and enjoyable workflow. We are a single doctor practice, and our full time staff work the following hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30am-5pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am-7pm
- Friday: 8:30am-3pm
No late evenings, no weekends, and no holidays. We will be closed each day from 12:30pm-1:30pm to provide our staff with a paid, interruption free lunch hour. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes PTO, health insurance, uniform allowance, CE allowance, pet care discount, and more.
Our mission is to provide pets and their owners with exceptional care and client service. We expect our Client Service Representatives to uphold high standards of customer service to our clients, and provide support to our other staff members.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in day to day skills required of a Client Service Representative, including but not limited to:
- Greeting clients & pets as they arrive for appointments
- Answering phones and e-mails promptly in a friendly and professional manner
- Checking clients out at the end of their appointments
- Processing credit card and cash payments
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby area
- Assisting the doctor and technicians with basic animal restraint
This position is open to candidates who may or may not have prior experience in veterinary medicine though we would prefer an experienced veterinary CSR. We take pride in offering training for the position, as well as growth within the hospital as we continue to grow. Compensation is based on experience.
