Lead the Future of Allied Health Education
Apex Health Education is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Campus Director to oversee the daily operations of our allied health training campus. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, supporting faculty and staff, driving student success, maintaining regulatory compliance, and cultivating a positive campus culture.

Position Summary
The Campus Director serves as the operational leader of the campus and is responsible for overseeing instructors, academic operations, student services, compliance, scheduling, facilities, and administrative functions. This individual works closely with executive leadership to ensure the campus operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional educational experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampus Operations
- Manage all day-to-day campus operations.
- Ensure smooth execution of classroom, laboratory, and clinical activities.
- Develop and maintain efficient operational procedures and campus workflows.
- Monitor campus appearance, safety, equipment, and facility readiness.
- Oversee campus scheduling and classroom utilization.
Leadership & Staff Management
- Directly supervise instructors, administrative staff, admissions support, and student services personnel.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and student-centered culture.
- Ensure instructors meet curriculum, attendance, grading, and documentation expectations.
Student Success
- Monitor student attendance, retention, academic progress, and graduation rates.
- Address student concerns and resolve escalated issues professionally.
- Support student engagement and academic achievement.
- Collaborate with instructors to improve learning outcomes.
Compliance & Accreditation
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing, accreditation, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate academic records and documentation.
- Assist with accreditation visits, audits, and reporting.
- Monitor instructor credentials and required compliance documentation.
Operational Excellence
- Track campus performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop action plans to improve operational efficiency and student outcomes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with admissions, finance, curriculum, marketing, and executive leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of leadership or management experience in higher education, career education, healthcare education, or workforce development.
- Experience supervising faculty and administrative teams.
- Strong operational management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a postsecondary career college or allied health training institution.
- Knowledge of accreditation and state regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing healthcare education programs.
- Budget management and operational planning experience.
- Strong data analysis and KPI reporting skills.
