Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes to produce precision parts
- Create and modify programs using Mastercam and G/M code
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
- Collaborate with shift leads to resolve tooling and process issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share ideas
What You Bring
- 2-year degree in Machine Tool or equivalent experience
- 2+ years CNC machining experience preferred
- Familiarity with aluminum, steel, and cast iron machining
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow procedures
- A mindset for teamwork, ownership, and continuous growth
