We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our growing team!
Available Shifts:
AM Shift
- CNA: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- CMA: 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM
PM Shift
- CNA: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM or 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- CMA: 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM
NOC Shift
- CNA: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- CMA: 10:15 PM – 6:30 AM
CNA Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility
- Observe and report changes in resident's conditions
- Support nursing staff in providing high-quality resident care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
CMA Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
- Assist with resident care and daily activities
- Promote resident health, safety, and overall well-being
Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
- Active Wisconsin CMA certification
- Current Medication Aide certification
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
