Summary
Plumbing Advisor: The Plumbing Advisor is responsible for meeting with homeowners to evaluate plumbing repair and replacement opportunities while providing professional, solution-based recommendations. This role involves presenting repair and replacement options in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, building trust through honest communication, and helping customers choose the best solution for their home and budget. The Plumbing Advisor prepares accurate estimates, explains available financing options, and serves as the customer's primary point of contact throughout the sales process by following up, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. The position also works closely with the installation and service teams to coordinate projects and deliver a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Required Qualifications:
- Insurable driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug and medical screening
- Must have a clean criminal background check
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
- Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clients
- Mechanical and plumbing background is preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
