## Overview We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team in a dynamic culinary environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, possess a passion for culinary arts, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting. ## Duties - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping - Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and preparing food items - Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production - Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards ## Requirements - Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a restaurant or catering environment - Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices - Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen setting - Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and food processors - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Must be available nights & weekends - Join our team and showcase your culinary skills in a rewarding kitchen environment!
