Perfect Score Academy is looking for bright, motivated, and dedicated instructors to help students advance in English. We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about teaching and have a strong foundation in reading comprehension, writing, and test preparation.
What You'll Do:
- Teach small-group classes and one-on-one sessions for advanced elementary, middle, and high school students.
- Support students with reading comprehension, essay writing, homework, and test prep.
- Provide engaging lessons and supplemental curriculum to strengthen skills and build confidence.
Schedule
- Flexible hours that work around both student and tutor availability.
- Most sessions take place 3:30-7 or 8 PM on weekdays and some Saturdays.
- Candidates should be available at least 3–4 days per week.
Location:
- In-person at our Cypress, CA location.
- Occasional online sessions for select students.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong ability to teach high school– English.
- Bachelor’s degree (or expecting to graduate within the next semester).
- Availability at least 3-4 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience.
- Ability to teach SAT English.
- Availability 4–5 days per week and/or Saturdays.
