Era ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across Virginia. What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/ABA technicians
- Train staff and monitor treatment fidelity
- Analyze data and adjust programs as needed
- Provide compassionate support to families
- Prepare progress reports and documentation
Requirements
- Active BCBA LBA certification (required)
- 2-3 years ABA Experience
