About Dental Genius Training & Services PLLC
Dental Genius Training & Services PLLC is a growing dental assisting school dedicated to preparing future dental professionals through hands-on instruction, real-world clinical skills, and career-focused training. Our 16-week program includes 12 weeks of classroom and laboratory instruction, followed by 4 weeks of externship, helping students become workforce-ready Registered Dental Assistants.
We are seeking experienced Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) who are passionate about mentoring the next generation of dental professionals. Whether you have previous teaching experience or are interested in becoming an instructor, we encourage you to apply.
Position Overview
This is a Part-Time, 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Contractors are assigned to teach classes based on student enrollment and business needs. While class assignments are not guaranteed, instructors who accept a cohort assignment are expected to remain committed through the successful completion of that cohort.
Each cohort consists of 12 weeks of classroom instruction. Dental Genius Training & Services PLLC regularly starts new cohorts throughout the year. Contractors who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, strong instructional performance, and student engagement will be given priority consideration for future cohort assignments as they become available.
All instruction is conducted in person at our Arlington campus.
Current Class Assignment
- Program Start Date: July 27, 2026
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Instructors are expected to arrive 15 minutes before each assigned class to prepare the classroom and instructional materials.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction and hands-on laboratory demonstrations in dental assisting.
- Teach dental terminology, infection control, anatomy, chairside assisting, dental radiography, impressions, sterilization, and other clinical procedures.
- Supervise students during laboratory exercises and clinical simulations.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance records and required instructional documentation.
- Foster a professional, safe, and supportive learning environment.
- Prepare students for successful completion of the program, state registration requirements, and externship placement.
- Represent Dental Genius Training & Services PLLC professionally at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License (Required)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Minimum of four (4) years of recent chairside dental assisting experience
- Current and verifiable clinical dental assisting experience
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership, organization, and classroom management abilities
- Ability to effectively teach and mentor adult learners
- Availability to commit to the full 12-week classroom portion of any cohort assignment accepted
Teaching experience is preferred but not required. Qualified dental professionals who are new to teaching are encouraged to apply. Instructor training and onboarding will be provided.
Compensation
Compensation is based on prior teaching experience and the level of instructor training required.
- $66 per assigned class or work assignment for new instructors requiring instructor training and onboarding.
- $75 per assigned class or work assignment for experienced instructors who can teach independently with minimal onboarding.
Contractors are compensated on a flat-rate basis for each completed class or approved work assignment.
