Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- 3 + Years of Industrial Maintenance in Manufacturing/Production, Distribution, or Packaging required
- Mechanical Troubleshooting required
- Ability to perform Basic Facility Maintenance required
- Leadership experience required
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite mainly Excel required
- Pneumatic, PLC/Controls, Electrical Troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience with Conveyors, Automated Packaging Equipment, and Material-Handling Systems preferred
- Experience with Coolers, Compressors, Evaporators, Temperature/Humidity Controls preferred
Industrial Maintenance Technician Benefits:

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- This role involves performing repairs and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment in a horticultural distribution center
- Responsibilities include mechanical troubleshooting and repair; maintaining conveyors, automated packaging, bagging and labeling machines
- Additional duties include working on material-handling equipment, and refrigeration and climate-control systems; and completing scheduled PMs
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, supporting seasonal changeovers, and handling general building maintenance such as lighting repairs and minor plumbing
- Recommends measures to improve working conditions of machines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
