What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Explain vehicle features, performance, pricing, and available options
- Conduct test drives following dealership procedures
- Build relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Track and review personal sales performance to improve results
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
