Join Our Apartment Community Team as a Leasing Consultant!
We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our apartment community. We are flexible in our hiring and are open to either:
- One Full-Time Leasing Consultant (40 hours/week), or
- Two Part-Time Leasing Consultants (20 hours/week each)

Office Hours
Applicants must be available to work during our leasing office hours:
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Part-time schedules will be arranged to ensure office coverage during these hours. Saturday availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective residents and provide community and apartment tours.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online leasing inquiries.
- Assist prospects through the leasing process, including applications and lease documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
- Support resident retention efforts, including lease renewals.
- Maintain accurate resident and prospect records.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach.
- Ensure the leasing office and model apartments are clean, organized, and ready to show.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the community in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning property management software.
- Experience with social media platforms and Canva.
- Previous leasing, apartment management, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
