The Holiday Inn Express Savannah Airport is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have basic hand tool, power tool, plumbing, drywall, and electrical knowledge. Must be available on weekends and some during the week.
Responsibilities may include:
- Do routine checks on room heating and cooling (HVAC) systems.
- Fix room issues like leaking faucets, clogged drains, broken TV remotes, and running toilets.
- Help with scheduled preventative care for the guestrooms and property.
- Answer maintenance tickets quickly when something breaks during a stay.
- Keep the pool, outdoor areas, and hallways clean and safe.
- Help set up or move heavy furniture and room gear.
