Pre-Approval Specialist / Loan Partner
We are seeking a dedicated individual with residential mortgage industry experience to join our team as a Pre-Approval Specialist / Loan Partner. Your role will be to ensure a seamless client experience during the loan process and continue to strengthen our team’s relationships with our referral partners. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collecting and organizing all necessary client documentation, including loan application data and financial documents.
- Assisting with calculating income for both W2 wage earners and self-employed borrowers.
- Accurately running and analyzing credit to ensure deals are prepared for review.
- Reviewing and analyzing assets.
- Running DU Approvals & LP Approvals.
- Engaging with clients directly and keeping realtors informed throughout the process.
This role is perfect for:
- A Processor with excellent communication skills looking for a role change.
- A Loan Officer Assistant seeking to expand their responsibilities.
- Someone with 3–5 years of experience who understands FHA, VA, Conventional loans, and has familiarity with down payment assistance programs (a plus).
- A loan officer looking to focus on client care, loan setup and team collaboration.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
