Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Community Manager specializing in manufactured housing communities. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, foster positive resident relationships, and ensure the smooth management of multi-sites. Your proactive approach will drive resident satisfaction, uphold legal and safety standards, and support the overall success of the community. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of community operations, including leasing, sale of homes, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
- Oversee lease or rental agreement management, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and legal standards such as landlord-tenant law.
- Utilize property management software like Yardi and Hub-Spot to maintain accurate data entry, filing, and reporting records.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy via phone, email, or in person; upsell available units or services to prospective residents.
- Enforce community policies, resolve conflicts effectively through conflict management strategies, and mediate disputes between residents or staff.
- Conduct regular site inspections; oversee property upkeep and repairs.
- Foster strong relationships with residents through excellent customer relationship management practices; promote resident engagement initiatives.
- Support sales activities by conducting tours, closing a sale and complete the sales and lease agreements aligned with company policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or community management within manufactured housing or similar residential settings.
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and contracts administration.
- Hands-on experience with property management software such as Yardi or comparable systems; familiarity with Office tools for data entry and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective negotiation abilities to upsell units or services.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
