Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble meals according to recipes, dietary guidelines, and menu specifications
- Cook and plate dishes with precision, demonstrating culinary skills and presentation
- Handle food safely and maintain clean, sanitary kitchen areas and equipment
- Serve meals efficiently with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or dietary roles (healthcare, restaurant, or catering experience preferred)
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
