Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is the backbone of daily fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products while ensuring inventory moves accurately and efficiently throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and verify outbound customer orders
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Communicate inventory discrepancies or shipment issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
