Job Summary
New United Innovation seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team. The COO will work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to drive operational excellence, organizational growth, strategic execution, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with extensive executive management experience, a proven record of scaling organizations, building high-performing teams, and implementing systems that improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s long-term vision and strategic objectives.
- Translate business goals into operational plans, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and optimize company-wide operations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability frameworks across departments.
- Drive organizational efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Oversee operational risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and develop executive and management teams.
- Implement leadership development and succession planning programs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Support investor relations, fundraising initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution among operations, technology, finance, sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Lead enterprise-wide projects and strategic initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of AI-driven operational systems and emerging technology initiatives.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, business models, and growth strategies.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a COO, President, General Manager, EVP, or equivalent senior leadership role.
- Proven experience scaling organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and full P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated success implementing operational systems, processes, and performance frameworks.
- Strong strategic planning, organizational design, and execution skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred
- MBA or other advanced business degree.
- Experience in AI, technology, renewable energy, digital infrastructure, cloud computing, data centers, or related industries.
- Startup and high-growth company experience.
- Experience working with investors, board members, and strategic partners.
- Mergers & acquisitions integration and corporate development experience.

Travel Requirement
Up to 25% domestic travel for executive meetings, strategic partnerships, investor relations, and industry events.
Pay: $210,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
