The Care Team Hospice is seeking an Administrator to oversee branch operations, support interdisciplinary collaboration, drive operational excellence, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care.
Schedule and Coverage
- Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Farmington Hills, MI
- Leadership responsibilities may require flexibility based on branch operations and patient care needs

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and support efficient clinical and administrative workflows
- Partner with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient care and operational goals
- Support compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Assist with staff support, engagement, and operational oversight across the branch
- Monitor branch performance metrics, productivity, and patient experience initiatives
- Collaborate with referral sources, community partners, and leadership teams to support branch growth and service excellence
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on compassion, accountability, and quality care
- Healthcare leadership or operations experience preferred
- Hospice, home health, or healthcare management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with healthcare operations, compliance, and workflow management preferred
Field Role Requirements
- Active driver’s license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy
- Current CPR certification as required for the role
