Aerii Home is opening a new warehouse in Saddle Brook, NJ, and we're hiring Warehouse Shipping Coordinators to help us get the doors open and the orders moving. This is a great opportunity to get in early at a growing home goods company.
What you'll do:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, safe, and well-organized
- Work alongside a small, supportive team to hit daily goals
- Follow safety procedures at all times
What we're looking for:
- A good attitude - we want people who show up ready to work and treat teammates well
- Commitment and reliability - we're building something, and we need people who'll be there
- Willingness to learn - no prior warehouse experience required, we'll train you
