Full-Time Drive-Thru Barista
Position Overview
The Full-Time Drive-Thru Barista is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. This role is essential to creating a positive customer experience, maintaining efficiency during peak business hours, and upholding company standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately through the drive-thru and in-store ordering systems.
- Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, teas, energy drinks, smoothies, and specialty drinks according to company recipes.
- Maintain speed of service while ensuring order accuracy and beverage quality.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Complete opening, shift-change, and closing duties as assigned.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, cups, lids, syrups, and food items as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and product rotation.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and notify management when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.

- Ability to follow recipes and operational procedures consistently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Previous coffee shop, food service, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Availability Requirements
- Full-time position averaging 30–40 hours per week.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required.

Pay: $7.25 - $20.00 per hour
