Job Overview
Will work directly with the owner and general manager to perform outlined tasks.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, support and not interact with other people unnecessarily.
Must be able to Read, Speak and understand English, to be able to follow instructions, read product labels, etc.
Must have reliable transportation.
Someone having their own tools preferred.
Attention to detail and HI QUALITY work a must.
Prefer to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with some flexibility

- Painting
- Drywall repair & Texture
- Carpentry
- Some Electrical and Plumbing
- Groundskeeping
- Knowledge of Roofing systems a plus.
- Ability to fix various things in the guest rooms and common areas
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
