## Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, coupled with excellent sales and customer service skills.
## Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding clients' automotive needs
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues and recommended repairs
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle problems and provide repair estimates
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Recommend appropriate services such as suspension work, brake repairs, tire services, and other automotive maintenance tasks
- Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs
## Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive service advisor is preferred.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in auto estimating software is a plus
