Reputable residential construction contractor (non union) with over 20+ years experience is looking for an EXPERIENCED, reliable, and dependable Excavator/Heavy Equipment Operator.
Candidate MUST HAVE residential operator (excavator) experience. MUST HAVE working knowledge of poured walls, basement and slab foundations. MUST HAVE proven experience accurately/safely digging basements and utility trenches while navigating existing utility structures. Full-time work all year! Work is located AKRON/CANTON area. We work in all weather conditions. The operator is REQUIRED to perform top of trench duties and be hands on.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ YEAR EXPERIENCE
- PROFICIENT WITH OPERATION OF 20K-35K EXCAVATORS
- SEWER/STORM/WATER INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF UNDERGROUND INFRASTRUCTURE
- ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND INTERPRET SITE PLANS, TOPOS, SURVEYING

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
