We are currently seeking an experienced SAP PaPM Lead Consultant / SAP Architect to join a high-impact project team supporting enterprise-wide SAP initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior SAP professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, particularly within financial and profitability management processes.
As the SAP Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable SAP solutions that align with both business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical leadership to define solution strategies, optimize business processes, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Design and optimize SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM) solutions to support complex business and financial requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Define integration and interaction requirements across SAP components, subsystems, and interfaces.
- Provide strategic technical direction for development initiatives, enhancements, and production support activities.
- Ensure technology solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project vision, requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
- Support data-driven decision-making by leveraging SAP analytics and financial performance management capabilities.
- Drive best practices for solution design, governance, performance optimization, and scalability.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Primary Skill:
- SAP PaPM (SAP Profitability and Performance Management)
- Expert level experience with 10+ years working within SAP ecosystems.
- Proven experience leading PaPM design, implementation, optimization, and support initiatives.
- Strong understanding of profitability analysis, allocation methodologies, cost management, and financial planning processes.
Additional Required Skills:
- SAP BW/BI (3-5 years)
- Experience with reporting, data modeling, analytics, and integration with SAP financial solutions.
- SAP Data Consulting (3-5 years)
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, data integration, and data quality practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and architecture design.
- Strong background in finance, controlling, profitability management, and performance reporting.
- Experience designing enterprise-level SAP landscapes and integration frameworks.
- Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering complex SAP transformation projects.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a senior SAP professional who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
