COMPENSATION
- 65 CPM (avg. weekly earnings $1,800 - $2,100)
- 2,500–3,200 miles per week
- Tarping — $50/ Tarp
- Per diem $80/day
- One-day paid orientation; $150 paid on first dispatch
- Clean DOT inspection — Level 2: $75, Level 1: $100
- Driver Referral Bonus: $1,000
- Milestone bonuses: 90 days $250, 180 days $250, 270 days $500
- PTO after 1 year
- 2 Truck Washes per month

Job Requirements:
- 2 years of OTR driving experience *NO EXCEPTIONS*
- No major violations in the previous 3 years
- Not citations for a D.O.T.-defined accident in the previous 3 years
- Operating Area: Midwest-focused. No East Coast- NYC, Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maine
Wage Range: 80000.00 - 105000.00 per year
