Maintenance TechnicianPrimary Objective
To maintain the structural integrity, safety, and aesthetic standards of the property. The Maintenance Technician serves as a critical support role, ensuring that guest rooms, banquet facilities, and dining areas remain in peak condition to provide a seamless experience for all visitors.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Priority Response: Execute maintenance work orders assigned by the direct supervisor with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Facility Oversight: Perform proactive and reactive repairs across all areas of the property.
- Guest Rooms: Troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and furniture repairs.
- Food & Beverage Outlets: Maintaining kitchen equipment and restaurant fixtures.
- Property Preservation: Identify and address building issues (painting, drywall, flooring, or exterior care) as they arise during the shift.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and hygiene standards, ensuring tools and workspaces are kept organized and hazard-free.
- Communication: Coordinate with the front desk to minimize guest disruption during repairs.

- Physical Agility: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, navigate stairs, and work in varied environments (mechanical rooms, outdoor areas, etc.).
Experience Requirements
- Background: 1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related trade (carpentry, electrical, or plumbing).
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Flexibility to work shifts that include every other weekend (on call), holidays, evenings and weather-related events to support property operations.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
