About the Role
Support series operations and project launch by target-oriented controlling of open measures, organizing and preparing meetings, creating status reports and controlling of project financials. Support the project lead and the sub-project lead by creating and coordinating interdepartmental processes. Support all projects in A2 by coordinating the projects together and ensuring we have timelines, budgets available to steer the projects.
What You Will Do
Project Planning and Coordination:

Prepare agendas, arrange meetings and support planning workshops as part of regular communication.

Create meeting minutes, follow up meetings by monitoring open points coming up during workshops.

Review and track addressed measures, thus ensuring the completion of work packages regarding the
planning objectives. -
Organize escalation meetings in case of recognizable goal deviations to observe product and production
goals. -
Create management summaries and report project status to relevant committees and responsible parties
- Support to close issues related to the ramp-up of the project.

Create weekly KPI reports.

Support Failure Resolution Process, including 8Ds, in Assembly 2 as needed.
Methods:

Establish and apply efficient ways for managing and controlling target-oriented processes.
Processes:

Gather all significant information about the project and maintain regular communication among all involved
parties. -
Create new processes to control the progress regarding costs, milestones, and quality, and maintain the
existent ones. -
Integrate suitable processes for tracking and expediting the completion of addressed measures.
Controlling:

Maintain effective assignment and monitoring lists of not completed activities within the project.

Create and steer weekly cost controlling processes and Cost reduction measures.

Perform other duties as required.
What You Will Bring
-
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Quality Engineering or related area or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in the following area(s): Project Planning, Quality, and execution setting/role with at least two years in the automotive industry.

Interdisciplinary team orientation, flexibility w/persuasive power.
-
Conflict resolution ability, with excellent communication skills.
-
Strong organization skills.
-
Presentation creation/delivery and meeting facilitation skills.
-
Working knowledge of MS Office software with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of project management and Lean management
