Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership in developing and implementing curriculum that supports early childhood development and aligns with best practices in education.
- Manage all aspects of center operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to childcare and education.
- Supervise school staff, including teachers and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative environment focused on professional growth and instructional excellence.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in classroom management, curriculum delivery, and special education law.
- Oversee fundraising initiatives and community engagement efforts to support center programs and expand resources for children’s enrichment activities.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements concerning childhood development standards, safety protocols, and educational regulations.
- Lead strategic planning efforts to improve program quality, expand services, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within early childhood or K-12 settings.
- Proven expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance.
- Strong management skills with experience supervising personnel, managing budgets as an executive education administrator, and facilitating faculty evaluation processes.
- Knowledge of special education law, childhood development principles, and early childhood education best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively through public speaking, team leadership, and community outreach initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising activities and strategic planning within educational environments.
- Familiarity with school legal knowledge related to personnel management, educational regulation adherence, and classroom experience requirements.
