Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experience OTP person that will be responsible for:
Deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of restaurant hardware, software, POS systems, kiosks, networks, and technology infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Fix point-of-sale (POS) registers, drive-thru headsets, and digital order screens.
- Maintenance: Run scheduled software updates, OS upgrades, and equipment checks.
- Installation: Set up new tech hardware and manage cables properly.
- Travel: Drive between multiple local franchise restaurants to provide on-site support.
Job Requirements
- Physical: Lift up to 50 pounds of hardware equipment.
- Schedule: Flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, or weekends for system upgrades.
- Travel: Reliable personal transportation to visit different store locations.
- Skills: Basic tech literacy, self-motivation, and good problem-solving.
