We are seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling areas for construction or landscaping projects
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision

Support the installation of outdoor features such as patios, walkways, driveways, and drainage systems

Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment necessary for daily tasks

Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met with quality workmanship

Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency
Experience

Prior experience in construction or outdoor labor roles is preferred

Ability to operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely

Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
