Job Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. As part of our spa staff, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at our practice. You will provide a variety of services, including basic facials, microdermabrasion, RF microneedling, body sculpting and slimming, cavitation, and cryotherapy. Excellence in customer service is a must, and you need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. In addition to providing spa services, you will be responsible for selling packages that include products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients as they walked in.
- Perform all advanced facial and body treatments.
- Offer skincare consultations and promote products and packages.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Uphold hygiene standards by sanitizing equipment and tools.
- Assist in retail sales of skincare products.
- Attend all staff meetings and continuing education workshops.
- Help train new staff.
Skills:
- Strong sales skills to promote products and services.
- Excellent customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices for a clean working environment.
- Experience in sales of skincare products and services.
- Meeting weekly sales goals.
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services in a spa setting.
- Significant work experience as an esthetician in a practice.
- Laser IPL Expirience is a Plus.
- Full-time availability, including weekends and evenings (until 7pm).
