Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements and business process analysis for complex technology projects. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, User Stories, Epics, backlog management, and end-to-end SDLC delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BA activities from discovery through implementation.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Use Cases.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage requirements, backlog items, changes, risks, and dependencies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and technical teams.
- Perform business process, workflow, gap, and impact analysis.
- Support development, UAT, testing, deployment, and implementation.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation.
- Lead assigned projects independently and mentor other BAs.
Required
- 3+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- Proven experience with User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, and Backlog Management.
- Experience supporting projects through the full SDLC.
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently own and drive projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Public Administration, or related field.
