Job Responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
- Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff while ensuring appropriate staffing levels, training, and performance management.
- Conduct resident assessments, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, infection prevention, quality assurance initiatives, and survey readiness activities.
- Investigate and address resident concerns, incidents, medication errors, and other clinical issues while implementing corrective actions to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
