Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently, handle cash transactions, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage food handling responsibilities including stocking supplies, bussing tables, and assisting with food delivery to customers.
- Support team members during busy hours by multitasking between food prep, cashiering, and cleaning duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment use to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic culinary skills is advantageous.
- Experience using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling protocols is desirable.
