Duties
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and rollback models, to recover and transport
- Load and unload vehicles securely using appropriate equipment
- Navigate Swoop App
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients
- Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, loads, and deliveries for record-keeping
- Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively when dealing with distressed customers or challenging scenarios
- Perform routine inspections of tow truck equipment to ensure safety compliance and proper functioning
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience driving tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles
- Hands-on experience operating flatbed tow trucks
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, load securement, and accident prevention
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while managing conflict effectively
- Physical ability to load/unload vehicles manually or with mechanical assistance as needed
