We are seeking a Patient Services & Drug Screening Coordinator to support both front office operations and our growing occupational health services. This position offers flexibility, with 32–40 hours per week, and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and values both organization and patient care.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable team member who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a medical office, administrative, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfort working with both patients and employer clients
- Willingness to obtain urine drug screen collector certification (training provided)
- Experience with healthcare or occupational health services is a plus, but not required
Position Details:
- Full-Time or Part-Time (20–40 hours/week)
- Flexible scheduling based on clinic and employer needs
- Location: Cedar Rapids and Hiawatha clinics, with potential for onsite employer services
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Answer phones and communicate effectively with patients, employers, and medical offices
- Schedule new and existing patients, manage therapist schedules
- Collect payments and review insurance information
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records (HIPAA compliant)
- Coordinate medical records with case managers, providers, and employer representatives
- Perform general office organization and light cleaning duties
Drug Screening & Occupational Health Services:
- Perform urine drug screen collections both in the clinic and at various company locations (certification required, training provided)
- Ensure compliance with DOT and non-DOT drug testing regulations
- Communicate with employers regarding testing needs and results processes
- Manage drug screening documentation and reporting through designated portals
Technology & Systems:
- Utilize clinic systems including Google Workspace, WebPT, and drug screening platforms
- Maintain accurate data entry and timely documentation across systems

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
